Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to categorize the development of job creation programs for socially disadvantaged. To achieve this purpose, I, first, regard the background of the appreciation of EU’s job creation programs as the characteristic of Jessop’s workfare- orientation. Second, I categorized the development of job creation programs into four types; liberal, keynesian, neoliberal, and solidary job creation programs. At the same time, I haracterized neoliberal job creation program and solidary job creation program as the schumpeterian -workfare-oriented strategy of welfare states.
